About

When she was a child, she was stolen from her family because of the necklace she wears on her neck. The necklace is part of a key used to open the gate to a goddess' garden. This key is meant to be guarded and protected by her father and his descendants. Because of this responsibility and curse, the necklace cannot simply be removed.

In an attempt to get the necklace, and to escape the wrath of her father, her kidnapper hid her in the human realm where most demons could not follow. This stripped her of her power, and her demonic form (i.e., her wings, horns, and tail). In their urgency to hide the child, their kidnapper lost sight of them and became separated from her.

Eventually, she was found in the streets and when they couldn't find her guardians, she was brought to stay in an orphanage. With time, her past became a distant memory. A fantasy which could not possibly exist. She instead became Ellie, a more common name than Eliora.

Return to Asteria

With quite a bit of searching, someone had managed to locate her. They used a portal to travel to the human world, where they worked on tracking her down. Once they did, they dragged her through the portal to try and forcibly remove the necklace from her.

By pulling her back to Asteria however, her necklace called out to its sister, and by extension, her own birth sister. In the midst of the attack, her birth sister and father showed up and fought off her attacker. Once he was dealt with, they brought her back to their kingdom to welcome her back home.

Relationships

Sivana [ sister ]

Her older birth sister. She was devastated at the loss of her sister, and believed her to be dead. Now that she's back, she's determined to once again have that close relationship with her that they used to have.

Carmon [ personal guard ]

An elf who Ellie's father took in. He made a life for himself in Lord Eisen's employ. He came to live in Eisen's kingdom and found a wife among his people. He now had a young daughter. He was recently assigned to be Ellie's personal guard.

Xavier [ boyfriend ]

A human who accidentally crossed into Asteria while driving his motorcycle. While here, he's been constantly running from demons, and searching for ways to keep his motorcycle running. He did manage to find a electrical sword that could power it, but in taking it he became possessed by a demon who slowly eats away at his soul in hopes of having the boy's body for himself.

Together, the reminisce about food and the luxuries of their human world. To start, they agreed to enter into a casual relationship, which slowly grew into something more.
