Bastion

Bastion (she/her) is a Wildhunt Shifter and a Twilight Domain Cleric.  Her shifted form is bird-like and inspired by the black drongo. 

Basic Overview:
Bastion and her clan suffered at the hands of a certain force, and she now finds herself on a quest of blind-sighted revenge.

Personality:

• Lawful Neutral
  
• very mistrustful, takes an abhorrently long time to warm up to anyone
• aggressive and bold. fights like a rabid dog with nothing left to lose (and she doesn't really)
• highly protective/defensive most especially with strangers
• mostly reserved and solitary
• is secretly a bit playful/competitive but tries to hide this
• secretive. but not to hides things if she thinks it isn't necessary for someone to know
• curious and inquisitive but is more of a 3rd party observer
• just so so angry. at the world and herself
• loyal to a fault
• the very definition of complete and utter devotion
• the kind of person to hate being touched by anyone unless it's someone they are extremely close with (lover, confidante etc.), then she is utterly touchy with that person alone
• "cull the weak" mindset. she is a product of her culture

General Info:

• bi and trans
• preens  herself habitually. like a bird. she keeps her hair pretty slick back,  but her shifted form tends to ruffle it, so she has to push it back  after every time
• enjoys the solitude and peaceful embrace of the night
• somewhat sensitive to light
• when  she gets angry or frustrated her shifted form will peek through  slightly (little bit of feather growth on her cheeks, ears, neck, etc.  and her hands/feet turn somewhat more into talons)
• additionally when she's angry her hair fluffs up a little bit. like a bird
• pupils dilate when interested in something. like a bird
• in  her shifted form, she grows feathers all over her body, most especially  around her elbows/forearms and spine/neck. it also trails to her  cheeks, chin, nose, forehead, shoulders and thighs. her hands and feet  become more like bird talons as well. cracking of bones can be heard as  they adjust in the shifting
• bad habit of biting her fingers when shes nervous, stressed, or distracted
• scarily observant/perceptive
• at points of extreme stress, she will tear/pluck out her parts of her own hair absentmindedly
• major survivors guilt
• has a back tattoo of large ornate wings- her clan's symbol (which also functions as her holy symbol)
• all of her clothing is open toed/fingered to make room for her shifted form's talons
• Bastion is her honorary title given by her clan but she uses it solely as her name now to wear as a badge of honor
• is almost always wearing armor, probably even to bed
• wears silver rings/bracelets with blue and green gems. likes shiny things. like a bird
