She's settled out in the markets in a temp stall, her crystal scorpion tail raised behind her, wings tucked in and a bright grin on her lips. Her outfit is very much a royal feel to it, complete with a crown.

Thanks to the power of tea and the company of a pretty lady, Bianca's feel a lot better. She is still participating the Halloween ritual. All dolled up in her little magical girl dress and with her trusty cat-thing Ichor, she approaches the tall lady cautiously. "Are you sure you don't bite or sting...?" Her trust had been a little hurt, but she figures she must go forth.
She does hold out her bag. "Trick... or treat. Miss?"
Ichor:raises a kitty eyebrow. "Gems?"
"Only in self defense or if I am in a spar or fight with someone. And considering you are doing neither of those, I assure that I will not do that." She hums quietly, looking over the child in her magical girl dress and the...cat..?
"Definitely a treat for you~ " She gives her some candies (because she seemed like she needed some more candy) but then also holds up a hand to have her wait.
"You also get a special thing from me. As your companion put, yes. I have gems~ And you, little one, get your choice of what you want. I am able to make you either a piece of jewelry of your choice, or a figurine of your choice. You also get to choose the gem type I make it from~ " It seemed like she needed something to cheer her up and she hope this would indeed help.
"Oh... only in self-defense? That is very comforting to hear." Her eyes light up at the candies going into her bag, but they mutely sparkle at jewelry or figurine. "You're giving me a charm of power?" Her excitement is extremely muted, but it is palpable.
She does think about her options and what things she considers important to her. "Miss... if It's not too much to ask... may I request two smaller figurines or jewelry piece instead of one? I... I have something I feel I must do and it wouldn't be right to only have one for my... intentions."
Nadhiya was happy to have put the child at ease. It definitely seemed like she had a rough night so far. She was also happy to bring some joy to her, and simply nodded at her questions. "Of course~"
At the mention of if she could have TWO , but in a smaller form perhaps, Nadhiya brought a hand to her chin in thought. She considered it for a moment before tilting her head. "May I ask your intention behind the two items? " She would likely agree to it either way but she wanted to make sure it wasn't for a selfish reason. She didn't think this child was the type to do so, but she HAD just met her afterall.
Bianca does a tiny blush at the question of her intention. She was unsure if telling her would be okay, but Bianca had to place trust in adults again. She leans close to Nadhiya as whispers. "I want... I want to become what is known as a Star with someone. And... from what I've learned, the best way to do that is ask. And I thought maybe it would be best to do so with a gift so that even if he says no, he'll still have a lovely present. My apologies if this is too selfish, but I am not the best sculptor and this offering needs to be the best it can be."
Ichor hacks up a hairball onto the ground. "Not sure what's so special about him, but whatever."

She seems amused by him, though also a tad concerned.
"Hm? Do you want candy or a bracelet with your choice of charm to attach~"

Something clicks in her mind with his colors and looks and she claps her hand. "OH! You are Chiffon's star! KJ, correct? I happened to have made that bracelet she gave you." She laughs a bit and hands over the candy but then holds up a finger. "How about, instead, I also give you this?" With a flick of her wrist one of the crystals at her side shapes into a pumpkin charm.
"It should be able to be attached to your current bracelet. If you can't figure it out, you can come to me to help you with it later~ But it can be a memento to remember tonight with. "

OH! It was Chiffon! Nadhiya's eyes sparkle at seeing the cake child and she laughs, delighted at her outfit.
"Your costume is really pretty as well, Chiffon~! and yes, I do! Hmm.." She taps at her lip with a finger.
"You get..~ A piece of rock candy!" She pulls out what looks like crystals on a stick. "I assure you it is edible ~ Though be careful to not hurt your teeth on these~"
She hands the rock candy over. Consider and hums. With a wave of her hand, a pumpkin charm forms from a crystal at her side and floats up to Chiffon. "A memento of tonight, so that you always have something to remember it by. It should be able to attach to the bracelet I made for you previously, if you want it to. "

The sparkly booth caught her eye immediately and she wandered up to it. "What a unique costume ...? Very eye catching anyways!" She curtseyed and held out her bag. "Trick or treat, if you may!" Juliet rolled an 8!

Oh no. Another child that seemed a bit scared? Or off put by her choice of outfit...or was it just..Nadhiya? It could be just her, thinking about it. She was quite tall and intimidating presence at times..
Her attention was snapped back to the two that arrived as the second one stepped forward to give support to the first. After addressing Dawn she had turned her attention to Cyrie.
"My my~ what a cute outfit! " She smiled softly to the nervous child. "I am Nadhiya~" Her hand rose, and with it a crystal that she had been manipulating to decide what to give the children floated into view. With a tap, colors spun, before it settled on a soft white. "And you my dear..~" The crystal then turned into a shimmering rainbow of colors. "Seem to have gotten a very special prize..~" The crystal was hidden away once more.
"You get one figuring or jewelry piece of your choice~ Can be of anything, and made with any type of crystal your heart desires."
"Trick or treat indeed~! Welcome." Deciding to address Dawn first she hummed. "Quite the protective instinct you have, very admirable. And for that..~ You get either your choice of several pieces of candy, or a bracelet that has a tiny crystal charm of your choice..~" She paused, seeing the other had used a phone. "You may hold up one finger for the first option, two for the second if that is easier. "
Nadhiya did honestly quite enjoy seeing others being protective over friends, family or loved ones. She knew the feeling and could respect it.

"Oh! Hello!" Nadhiya grinned seeing the small one run up. They were ESPECIALLY small compared to her so she did her best to be...not as intimidating.
After a moment, her eyes lit up and she pulled out a stick of rock candy. "I'm not sure if you ever had rock candy, but it is quite delicious in my opinion."

She trots her way up to Nadhiya, keeping Anastasia close. She stomps forward. This lady seems powerful and her urge to fight flares up, but she's here for candy.
"You can bite or sting me if you want, but I'll fuckin' fight back." She holds out the bag. "Trick or treat?"
Nadhiya laughed freely. Oh she liked the spirit of this one. "I like you! You have fight to you, I can respect that. " She crosses her arms with a smirk, staring down at Cosmia. "I won't be doing either of those, but let's see what you get from me. " She hums in thought, eyes flicking to the side before nodding.
"Huh, you got the special. Basically you get your choice of either a figurine or a piece of jewelry. Your choice of style of jewelry if so, and the type of crystal for either of them."
As she stood there staring down Cosmia something was ticking in her mind. She seemed very familiar. "What's your name? I wanna keep an eye on you for the future. Maybe fight you when you are a bit older. "
"Designation's Cosmia Molchanova." Cosmia's a fight child. It's hard not to give a little bit of a smirk. "Sure... we can fuckin' fight. Wait... no candy?" She does her best attempt at thinking. "Uhhhh.... I mean... I'm not sure I'm best person for fuckin' jewelry. I'm not... the best at not devouring things completely. Sooo.... Maybe... I mean.... I can think of somethin'. I guess?"
Oh she REALLY likes this teen. Her smirk remained on her lips and she crossed her arms while Cosmia thought. But then that name hit her and she jolted. "Wait. Cosmia. As in Chiffon's Cosmia?" With a wave of her hand, she summoned a crystal and shaped a pumpkin charm from it. "First of all, free of charge for this. I've given her, KJ and now you, matching pumpkin charms. Ones only the three of you have for a matching set. To remember tonight by~ You're free to do whatever you want with it. "
With that out of the way she considered the other issue at hand. "Well. Since you seem to be of the fighting spirit...and I see you have that axe there. I guess I wouldn't mind doing a weapon for you real quick? If something came to mind easier with that offer..?" I mean. What warrior spirit DIDN'T like the idea of new weapons to play with? Or at least a backup.
She's taken aback for a moment. "You... know Chiffon...? Of course, you fuckin' do. What am I saying?" She takes the pumpkin charm with no comment. Just confusion. There's the small dusting of pink as she thinks of the cuteness of matching pumpkin charms.
When Nadhiya mentions crystal axe, she snaps out of it. "Axe? Really? A axe made of crystal? Umm..." She seems confused for a second before she smirks. "Ah... hell yeah! Give me that axe and I'll fuckin' become an expert in it. Then maybe use it against you when we fight." She chuckles.

Well now~ This was a new one! she wasn't sure if this was a pendant transformation, elaborate costume, or if in fashion with Mahou Wando tendecies...an actual frog. Knowing her? Actual frog. Either way she was amused as she hummed and pulled out a few piece of candy.

She had been about to respond that it was quite useful, as she knew of it from her own home, when he fucking zapped her. OH she knew who this tiny bunbat was so she had NO problem reaching out and yanking him up by his shirt, to match her height and stare her face to face. "If you EVER zap me without warning, I can promise you I have no problem showing you how strong these crystals are as they meet your face. Learn some respect, little man. Because I can assure you, I KNOW you aren't a child and as such I have NO problem fighting you to prove a point. "
She dropped him with a scowl and tossed some candy his way. He didn't deserve the offer of a bracelet and charm. "Just take your candy and go, Jamie Berro. "

Kore slows down when she hears a lady call out. Won't bite or sting?? Sounds super friendly!! She runs up to the booth!
"Hi!!!!! Trick or treat!!! Thank you for not biting or stinging people!!!"
"Happy Halloween~! Let's see what I have for you this time!"
She hums and then lets out a surprised sound. "...technically I've already given out the allotted amount of special prizes." She seemed to consider what to do. "I..don't really have the energy to do this again tonight so how about I give you this? It's a crystal coin, marked with the emblem and name of my shop. If you come by with an adult later to the specialty services area and find my shop, I can create you either a figurine or piece of jewelry of your choice! I'm sorry I can't do it tonight." She really did feel bad but hopefully this would work just as well?
"That's okay!!!!!! Don't push yourself!!!!! I got a CD from a rockstar anyways!!!! And a cute little bunny!!!! And a wishing star!!!!" 80... "Would you like some of my candy to help with your energy???? I have a lot!!!!!! I also have toothpaste!!!! I don't know if that's edible, though!" 8D
Sadly, it wasn't /really/ her energy levels that was the problem, but it was the best way to explain to the kids if she ended up in this situation. Phantom tingles haunted her for a second, as if daring her to even try so she just laughed.
"Oh no, it's fine! That candy is yours and it gives you time to think on what you would want! She reaches out to drop the coin in Kore's hand. "So meet me on another day with this crystal coin and we can settle on something for you, yes? "
