Alvina Carlisle, aka Alvina, is one of the side antagonists, and eventual support characters of the School Saga in Chainsawman Bloodrust. Appearing as an apparent foreign student in one of Fourth East High School's exchange student programs, this is later revealed to be a ruse, and Alvina alongside her "brother", Callan, are in fact overseas assassins, hired to track down and kill the Plague Devil, and in turn, Fumio, for his crimes.  

Alvina is a Weapon Hybrid, specifically the Scythe Hybrid from the United Kingdom, raised and trained as a killer from birth, she remains one of the many unspoken weapons the Britain Government has under lock and key.

Alvina preset herself as a shy and timid, she's a kind one as said by others, yet often hides behind her brother or those she sees as her friends. She appears very demure and quiet to those around her, and people often think of her as cute, or meek, and often very hard to genuinely be afraid of.
