Callan Blake, aka Callan, is one of the side antagonists, and eventual support characters of the School Saga in Chainsawman Bloodrust. Appearing as an apparent foreign student in one of Fourth East High School's exchange student programs, this is later revealed to be a ruse, and Callan alongside his "sister", Alvina, are in fact overseas assassins, hired to track down and kill the Plague Devil, and in turn, Fumio, for his crimes.  

Callan is a Weapon Hybrid, specifically the Hammer Hybrid from the United Kingdom, raised and trained as a killer from birth, he remains one of the many unspoken weapons the Britain Government has under lock and key.

Callan presents himself as extremely charming and friendly, he's a flirt, and enjoys teasing his fellow schoolmates, all in good fun of cause. He's playful by default, and enjoys getting a rise out of people.
