Made from damaged daycare attendant parts, and personality is a daycare attendant protoype that had too many malfunctions to use. His errors are usually twitches, tics, stutters, memory loss, and small issues with basic logic (i.e. gets lost easily, struggles to read, takes a while to "connect the dots", gets distracted, etc)

He has the programming for a Moon personality, but technical glitches block the switch from triggering, so his other personality has never awakened.
