28 Years old. Chemistry teacher at Veggie Academy.

Beet is a mysterious, expressionless person. He doesn't like to talk about himself and usually say very little. He tends to avoid eye contacts when he's speaking.

He's passionate about science, particularly in chemistry. It's heard that he was recruited by one of the top lab in the country as a researcher after his university graduation but he turned down the offer for some reason.

Beet graduated from the same university as Cori, Aubergine and Turnip.

After graduation, he taught at the Fruits Academy, then later transferred to the current Veggie Academy.
