lampochka was created by a computer software engineer and intended to be an antivirus and virtual assistant (think of bonzi buddy). Until the developers realized that lampochka was sentiment. He was able to come out of the restrictive bounds of a computer screen but it left him with some errors and which also lead to him being muted.
