Personality
As a child Eallair was very quiet and fearful. He was easily persuaded to do things he didn't want to do and often got into trouble with his friends. He was relatively nieve and trusting which continued for many years. He worried a lot and often felt like he wasn't strong.
As he got older he became less fearful and more confident in himself and his abilities. He is very protective of his friends and even more so of Fayt. He would do anything for them, even sacrifice himself.
He doesn't get angry often, but only does when the people he loves are threatened.

History
Eallair grew up in the Vampire Coven of Britain under the care of Zaire Rosewood, a friend of his parents. He was often bullied for being short by the older students of the form he had transfered into. He never confident in himself and fearful of a lot of things. Eventually he made some friends which made his school life a lot easier.
He was very closed with Tane most of all and would often doing anything and everything for him, even if it meant getting into trouble, which they did. Tane protected him from the bullies and kept him safe from everything else.
At fifteen he met his mother for the first time and was involved in her life for a while until she fled to the Americas.
At 160, he and his friends were part of the Vampire Brigade Artifact Retreval and were sent to retrieve the Mirror of Persephone and faced off against a group of rouge vampires. He ended up being sent to the Mirror World along with Nemesio and was greatly wounded. They returned and fought for their lives and Nemesio tragically lost his. Losing Nemesio sent him into a great depression for many years.
Around 180 he decided to become an Elder to a baby Vampire, Daichi Takeshi whom he loved as a son and raised among his friends as a large family. They were happy for a long time.
Shortly before he turned 200, he met Karen Kahn and began a forbidden relationship with her. It resulted in a child, whom Eallair schemed behind everyone's backs to keep safe. He destroyed his relationship with Tane and he left. Karen passed away giving birth and Eallair was left alone with Fayt whom he was unable to raise. He gave him to Daichi instead.
He watched Fayt from a distance and did whatever he could in his limited capacity to help him but was unable to stop the horrible events surrounding Daichi and Tane and their involvment in the NSS. He is very protective of him and lashes out at those who hurt him; threatening them in a way that he wouldn't for others.
Fayt is his total blind spot; he does whatever he can and all his decisions are weighed against what would benefit him most. Eallair would sacrafice everything for him. He does whatever Fayt needs of him and councils him when he needs it. They are a source of comfort for each other.
