She's a Sverosian lawyer and debt collector that loves nothing more than to steal art and riches from aristocratic dragons. She's halfling dragonborn, not that the people around her know, as she passes the stripes she has naturally off as tattoos. She was going to have a fraternal twin, or perhaps she was going to be the fraternal twin, depending on how you look at it, but she ultimately just ended up fused with the other fetus at an early early stage of pregnancy, and now she has two sets of DNA, so a humanoid chimera. She's more or less inspired by Call Me by Blondie, for the calling aspect of the prompt.
