Mint is your regular battler on the surface, but secretly, she serves the Squidbeak Splatoon as Agent 4. However, lately, she's been MIA from the agent scene for unknown reasons, much to a certain agent's dismay.

Mint, like her namesake, can be quite strong, but she seems to compliment with other people as a sweet garnish. She worries about her other friends deeply. This does bring out her short temper, however, and always lectures her friends to be careful. Her personality comes of as too doting, but friends know it comes from a good heart.

Becoming Agent 4
Mint grew up battling in the Inkopolis square, where the recent news of Callie of the Squid Sisters disappearing was a big topic--as well as the Great Zapfish being gone...again. She never was the one to really look too far into the news--they were usually pretty negative anyways. However, she saw a mysterious figure standing over in a corner, over a grate. They lock eyes for a moment. She thought she saw Marie's face, but when she got closer, "Marie" disappeared into the grates, hoping Mint followed. Out of curiosity, she follows the inkling, and lo and behold, she ends up as a new agent: Agent 4, saving the Great Zapfish--again, beating up Octavio--again, and also getting to find a brainwashed Callie.
Her Life As A Young Adult
After the events of the Octo Expansion, Mint got to meet the new Agent 8, as well as the Agent 3 everyone talked about. She quickly became friends with the agents, though mostly working alongside Agent 3 when doing partner missions. Overtime, she grew a crush on Agent 3, but hid her feelings as to not cause any complications during missions.
It wasn't until a retrieval mission put Mint's life in danger, and ended up with the same ink that villainized Agent 3. After extracting the ink, Mint confessed her feelings towards Agent 3. He accepted her feelings, and the two were a couple...for a time.
Arranged Boyfriend
Mint's family is traditional and quite put together, which sometimes stifled Mint's freedom. When hearing about having an arranged marriage, she was quick to anger and opposed the idea. However, to please her parents (and not get kicked out of the house), she tried to get to know her soon-to-be boyfriend. An inkling named Victor, the two were friendly, but it was clear to him that Mint wasn't into this idea, now that she was dating someone else. Though she ends up lying to her parents that she'll think about it.
This lie could only hold up for so long, however, and her parents find her dating Agent 3. In the future, they immediately move her things to her arranged boyfriend's place and have her cut ties with Agent 3 and even the Squidbeak Splatoon for a time (or rather, a little past Splatoon 3 lol).

Boyfriend/Soon husband???
Co-agent and her lover for a period of time. After being spearated due to being in an arranged marriage, Mint hasn't been able to contact him for a while. After a WHOLE lot of drama and a crashed wedding, the two have reunited once again and Mint returns to the New New Squidbeak Splatoon.
Friend/Almost sis in-law???
Rose, the sister of Agent 3, found out about her brother being together with Mint after a certain dangerous mission via a hospital visit. She told Mint about how her brother was happy to be working with her and thought her brother was going on secret dates. This information flatters Mint, and is kept as a secret between the two.
Trivia
- She sells her flower designs as prints for stationary, or is commissioned for designs.
- Has a younger brother, but he moved into an apartment once he was old enough and got enough money.
- Big fan of BTI and has some merch!
