This fella can always be seen on duty day and night. Their job is to prevent trouble from happening... but ends up making them worse on purpose. It's known that they relieve their violent tendencies by shooting their victims with a water gun since their superiors banned them from using actual explosive weapons. Some say their weapon is a real gun but who cares! What matters is that the job gets done.

This gentleman can only be seen during the night, when the ravens and the crows are...fast asleep, surprisingly enough! He is often seen offering dinners & tea parties to those who find themselves lost, however it seems that he has dark intentions behind those...Some rumors about him luring people towards him, before having people attack them. Then, he deals the final blow with his trusty cane.
