Physical Description...

Arawn was always a survivor. Before the jader was born, she shared the womb with a male twin, and their blood passed between them. Thus did Arawn, starting as a female acquire the traits of a male, becoming a genetic chimera. While Arawn's twin did not survive until birth, Arawn endured, and carries the blood of both female and male twins and both sets of male and female chromosones, and horomones. As a result Arawn's gender isn't so easily detrimined, and has also rendered them infertile – not that they care one wit about something as silly as that. Hooded in his helm of gold, Arawn is the Bull Lord; bare-faced, she is the Lady of Cows.

Arawn is a very large jader, larger than most, and built very heavily. Their hide is a rich shade of dark loam, with a light saddle patch. Arawn's coat is medium length, and they often appear quite unkempt and shaggy at times. Their tail is long and twisting, and tufted in blond. Arawn carries themselves head held out straight; never too high, nor low, to keep sight of the horizon as well as the ground before them. Their gait is leisurely and rolling, a much heavier step then one typically expects of jaders. Their ears are a deep red, a mark of Otherworldliness. Despite their bulk, Arawn is very sure-footed, and nimble, but that tail just knocks over everything and ruins all the dignity of the lord's powerful stride. It's a tail with a mind of it's own, which is why Arawn is sometimes seen sitting on it.

It must be admitted that Arawn has a guilty love of pretty things. Arawn loves to show off their wealth by bedecking themselves in tasteful finery. Chief among their accessories are the golden torc, worn as a symbol of power; the elegant tail bands, and lastly the great Horned Helm. Arawn is scarcely seen going without these items, as they are closely tied to the jader's identity as a war-lord, and Arawn would feel quite bare without them, even if the horns do get caught on things occasionally.
