Rhona

Along with her sisters, Rhona was one of the last of the original Sinnoh pantheon to be created, and she taught the budding Pokemon population knowledge and memory. Created from the waters of Lake Acuity, she calls the snowy lake home and can usually be found there, when she isn't gallivanting around Sinnoh with the other lake guardians. Rhona, being the knowledge pokemon, is the smartest and wisest of the group and often ends up being the voice of reason among her overemotional and overconfident sisters.

She's blind and her eyes are blank white, and she's capable of accessing and wiping the memories of other pokemon that make eye contact with her, but she only does it if it's necessary.
