My Digimon OC for my (not a self insert) human OC, J! 

although alternatively he is also a character who lives on Phoenix Island, and rather than being a digimon, his name is Purple. he was dispatched from Gryphon Island after completing his training, sent to fight off any signs of evil. he wound up on Phoenix Island out of curiosity for the destroyed kingdom, and found that there were dragons who somehow still lived on the island. after meeting Jade, he pledged to be their loyal sidekick, after learning about their fight against evil. his brother Storm, also happened to be on the island too, but for very different reasons.
