Purplestormmons evil brother, jealous and spiteful that Purplestormmon has a human partner and therefore has the power to digivolve
alternatively, he is also a character in Phoenix Island, named Storm. he trained with his brother, Purple, on Gryphon Island to become warriors, as is required of all dragons on the island. but it was all too much for him, and he fled, being labeled as a deserter. unable to ever show his face back at the island again for fear of being killed, he decided to go to Phoenix Island, believing it was empty. though, he happened to run into Daggerfang, who took him in as her henchman.
