Pyrite Star Peridot

An old Peridot created back during the first green vein in Era 0. Pyrite, as he often is called, is the mysterious author behind the logs that have been popping up across the galaxy as of late. So far his true identity as this Peridot is unknown to everyone as he’s been able to keep it a secret with only a few select gems knowing. He’s begun writing these logs to document the galaxy’s story and bring a sense of balance to everything that is happening. No faction or side is excluded from his reports and secrets that gems may not want the whole galaxy to know will be shared. He’s the unbiased party in this galaxy, just here to write and bring the truth on everything.

Pyrite himself is a bit of a recluse, hiding away in an unknown location with only his pearl and his own created gem type to keep him company. Sadly living basically alone has destroyed his social skills which he doesn’t mind all that much, but still worries about. This being said, on his logs is a public comment section where he finds himself interacting with gems from behind the veil of the gem web.

Speaking about that created gem type, as a brilliant kindergarten, Pyrite created an entirely new gem type. Prehnites, little pebble sized pixie like gems that are the ones who go out and get information for him. These small gems are extremely fast fliers that roam the Empire on Pyrite’s behalf, getting information in real time like field reporters. They are mostly unknown to the general public and rumors about them being simply organic creatures are pretty common, that is if a gem sees one since they are great hiders and even have an aura to help hide themselves.
