"Willoughby is Welcome Home's little gentleman. He knows how to handle tough situations, so he's the guy to turn to when a neighbor needs help! Although he can be quite blunt when it comes to telling the truth, his heart is in the right place and helps his mother, Go-Go and look after his twin sister, Wendy."

Willoughby puts himself first before anyone else. His character in the show presents himself to have a large ego and acts like he knows a lot about literature and creative writing. He has a twin sister named Wendy. In many of the scripts, the two often fought, but there are moments where they'll work together to cause mischief around the neighborhood. Willoughby and Wendy both love their mother, Go-Go. Willoughby would work with Go-Go at her radio station since he's really neat and organized.

Willoughby would teach the audience about writing, while also sometimes teaching them words in different languages. He seems to just fill in as a side character as Wendy's more responsible sibling. While it's not confirmed who is older, Willoughby would always be keeping an eye on her and would lecture her whenever she gets into trouble. Willoughby isn't as playful or as spoiled as Wendy, but in a few scripts, the two would occasionally team up to prank other neighbors for fun, but he knows when to stop when it goes too far.

Willoughby's character stays the same throughout the show of Welcome Home. However, just like Wendy, Willoughby would occasionally say dark lines that don't seem appropriate. It's unconfirmed whether they were removed from the official show, however there is no recorded evidence of Willoughby's voiced lines.

Willoughby puts himself on a high pedestal, acting confident and has a big ego. He isn't mean towards anyone, on the contrary, he does his best to act polite towards other neighbors, but once and awhile he will act rude when he gets angered. He loves the art of literature. He's always reading and gaining information while also writing poems during his free time. He's very organized and neat. Willoughby dislikes things looking out of place and would put a lot of effort to make sure it's organized the way he likes it. He will do this towards other neighbors, claiming that his taste is decor and cleanliness is better. He loves his mother Go-Go very much. He would constantly try to get her attention by showing off his writing. As for his sister, Wendy, while they sometimes argue and have disagreements in many things, they still care for each other. Willoughby would look after Wendy, making sure she doesn't get into trouble. Despite being the responsible one, Wendy and Willoughby would sometimes work together to cause a lot of chaos within the neighborhood, just to be playful and mess with the other neighbors.
