Profile
Ophilia is one of the four Guildmasters, being the leader of Wartortle's Guild on Tapu Koko's Island! They are much smaller than the average Wartortle and are unable to evolve further due to birth circumstances. Pokemon who are unaware of who Ophilia is often mistake them being younger than they actually are, much to her annoyance. Because of that she has developed a more serious and mature personality but still are lighthearted when engaged in a conversation, often heard having a hearty laugh.
Marisa is their second in command. They are close friends with Ophilia even being given the nickname "Phili" by Marisa which only she calls them by.
