Design Terms of Use
Reselling my designs for a higher value than originally acquired is strictly prohibited. Any increase in value is only justified by the addition of artistic value through original creation or acquisition of other artworks.
- It's worth mentioning that gifts and works created during the ArtFight event are not subject to design appreciation for resale purposes!
Any alteration to the design of artistic creations can only be made with my express authorization. However, creating alternative versions is allowed, provided that the original version of the design is preserved in its entirety.
My designs are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Any commercial use requires negotiation and authorization. Therefore, the use of designs for profit-making purposes, such as producing and selling merchandise, is strictly prohibited without my prior and express authorization.
Invalidation of the rules established for "eilins" designs will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Just as my personal conditions, the rules of CS:Eilins must be fully respected, and any attempt to subtract or alter the rules is prohibited.

Failure to comply with any of the above-mentioned rules may result in a breach of trust between seller and buyer. Consequently, additional measures may be taken, including the complete blocking of future purchases or obtaining designs produced by me. This block will be applied at my sole discretion and may be permanent or temporary, depending on the severity of the violation and the parties' willingness to resolve the issue amicably and appropriately.
