A devil within Ramón's legions who, while visiting Baxter's tower, suddenly flees and abandons everything after seeing Alex and isn't seen again for some time, his snowballing shame eventually causing him to go completely AWOL. Despite his flashy appearance (for the time period), he's very modest and anxious, mostly just concerned with first impressions-- with his fear-choked reactions typically ending with him in hot water, if not hotter than what he was faced with before. Similarly, he has a reputation of a gunslinger after fundamentally misunderstanding the rules of dueling and his response to the repercussions that followed. Has a tendency to minimize his accountability in situations like these.
