keith's Links
oh, alex? he's hilarious. he's wound up tighter than spandex. you love teasing him and pulling pranks-- getting him to lighten up. despite how you may make fun of him though, at the end of the day you know he's got your back. and when things get hard, he's the first person you turn to.
you admire keith more than you want to admit. the way he's so confident and self-assured, and at his age? why don't you have that too? you're practically polar opposites. even so, he's your cousin-- more like a younger brother, really. you'd do anything to protect him.
// he's kinda quiet, but... a kindred spirit nonetheless. somehow you two have some weird unspoken connection that you feel like runs deeper than your mutual love for the outdoors. maybe there's something more there you're too oblivious to realize.
a boy with a thirst for adventure such as your own... albeit there's something about him that is different from yourself. if you're a calm river parting through the forest, he's a waterfall cascading down through the valley. there's so much life in him it can hardly be contained. you only hope nothing changes that.
he's funny. alex gets all kinds of riled up when jonah teases him. in a way, he almost feels like family.
not that you really know much about him at all— jonah's always been pretty hush about his past and how exactly he's connected to alex.
upon that day you ask, you'll be greeted with a smile you haven't seen before from him— something a little shy, a little sad. as if he's recalling a past bittersweet with age. and then and only then will you understand the appreciation he has for your older cousin.
you wouldn't mind having him as real family.
oh, him? you've got wildly different interests, but you come together when it comes to teasing alex. you dare say you get along quite well!
but you have the upper hand here, because he IS a maechevsky boy after all, and maechevsky boys are ... adorable idiots. it's too easy to tease him about whatever puppy crushes he has. maybe when he grows a few inches, you could have him as your surrogate brother bear to compliment your feminine auntie vibes?
because, you know, he'll grow up to be a lumberjack. it's canon.
