Profile

A estranged Therephyle, currently living among the fauna as one of its own, as much as she may miss the rest of civilization.

At a young age, she was diagnosed by her own Therapephyle parents with a strange condition, a bacterial infection present in her saliva which began to eat away at the flesh inside and surrounding her mouth. While they managed to learn these were the same microorganisms present in any regular human's stomach, they had mutated enough to spread their reach beyond the organ and were now to be found in her mouth as well, they remained dumbfounded by such unheard-of syndrome, decided to let her be taught in the ways of hunting instead to satisfy her own aggravated appetite, as they themselves had no idea what else could possibly remedy, much less revert it.
Managing to lead a normal life after her neighbors grew accustomed to the girl's shocking yet curious condition, she became one of her village's most respected hunters. However, following its incorporation into the state through the Qi'andu Empire's settlement of the land, she was exiled from it by command from the state of Qi'lada, who feared her ailment could be possibly contagious through oral contact. Despite her shock and sadness, she voluntarily went away without resistance, as she was at the very least still happy with the fulfilling life she had led, and was grateful to be only exiled, rather than executed.
Now living in the jungles spanning across Fuerzam's border, she became and integrated part of the local food chain, leading an animalistic lifestyle but still imbued with the sophistication of mortals for which she still feels much longing. And so she loves to receive visitors, even if they all only accidentally stumble upon her and this only happens on very few and rare occasions of paths coincidentally crossing. While a constant state of alert doesn't allow her much free time within this green hell, she still loves to pick flowers to decorate herself with everyday, an habit present since her early childhood.
