Known as the "Weeping Willow of Kitakami", they are a rumored ghost-child that is only seen during the Festival of Masks. In truth they're just a shy kid who lives alone at the edge of Kitakami.

Born with a strange birthmark under both eyes, they are afraid to interact with anybody unless hidden behind a mask.

Paradox Phenomenon: Weeping Willow

Before modern research on Area Zero began, it was documented eighty years ago a young child was found in the region of Kitakami deep within Oni Mountain. While data is sparse, it is known that the subject was found within the sacred Crystal Pool, a known site of terastallization activity outside of Area Zero. Through research it was discovered the subject is incapable of aging above the age of fourteen, and has been secluded from the village for over sixty years. The exact location of the child is still unknown.
