best husband in the world. loves his wife (adimu)

(35 human) has kinked tail. 'escaped' from CCF in namibia. soft almost lazy vibes. 'trophy husband'. originally born in the CCF sanctuary in namibia, dinari had a brother, festus, he was very close with. when they were roughly 3 cheetah years old, festus thought it would be a fun challenge to get over the fence. dinari didn't want to do that, he liked the soft life of the sanctuary and only knew the comforts inside. of course, both brothers had heard tales of what lay outside the chain fences, but they had never explored them. together, even with dinaris clear displeasure, they escaped the sanctuary. however, neither brother was ready for the hardships outside the fences and almost a year into their escape, festus succumbed to starvation and an infection. dinari traveled for many months after his brother's death, slowly learning how to live off of the land and how to fight. he met adimu when he was 4 years old (30ish). It was a typical hot day and the only shelter from the unbearable sun was a thin and shaggy tree. he was resting underneath it, when a larger figure appeared on the horizen. at first he thought it was lion because of the mane, but he soon realized it was another cheetah. dinari was a friendly cheetah compared to others, but the savannah had made him wary of strangers. adimu saw the, quite frankly pitiful, state dinari was in and took him under her wing. long story short, they fell in love.

dinari is smaller than adimu and more timid in personality as well. while adimu acts on aggressive impulse and is known for her grumpy personality, dinari is the exact opposite. he’s a quiet cheetah with a big-hearted personality and cares about others more than they deserve. growing up in a sanctuary kept him hidden from the dangers on living in the wild and he is still learning who to trusts and distrust. luckily, his pale colors help him blend into his surroundings and once adimu found him, it was even easier for him to survive.
