appearance

• 169cm/5ft7 tall, pretty scrawny with hardly any muscle or body fat. isn't particularly shapely but curves in at the waist
• pin straight silvery white hair reaching to under her chest, most often kept down but she'll occasionally style it. straight brows and sharp, black eyes (often wears circle lenses) surrounded by long, thin, dark lashes. wears a medium amount of makeup when she goes out, but her dark circles are evident when she's bare faced. small nose and pouty, full lips. has a mole under each eye
• wears gothic, feminine fashion - she pretty much only wears black with some accent colours like dusty pink and grey. on a rare day you'll catch her wearing white. short skirts, lace/sheer fabrics, garters and platform heels are all up her alley, but she's not opposed to more comfortable wear as long as it looks pretty. she takes a lot of inspiration from dark larme fashion. at home she's mostly in sweaters and sweatpants, and the contrast between her at-home and going-out looks is quite stark

personality

• calm alice has a very relaxed air around her, coming across very collected and in control of her emotions. even if she can come across intimidating to some, her presence is generally mellow
• sharp-witted her brain is quick and she's very good at processing and recalling information; she's fond of learning new things
• rational alice has little time for flighty, out-there ideas if there are no means to achieve an actual result. while she may seem pessimistic or harsh, she's in truth just focused on how to make things reality rather than dreaming about it, and she's often the voice of reason when someone (often serene) proposes not quite well thought out ideas
• laidback while her disposition is by no means bright, she finds it too much of a hassle to get worked up every time something goes against her. there are of course exceptions, she just thinks it takes too much energy to get angry about things most of the time
• sarcastic although she doesn't go out of her way to be so, she tends to come off sarcastic. she doesn't want to seem condescending, in truth she just has very dry humor and sarcasm comes naturally to her
• individualist she hates being told what to do, especially by people who are by no means qualified to criticize or order her around. she has a strong need for self expression and is always open about the things she enjoys, not fearing judgment from others
• judgmental alice is quick to decide what she thinks about something or someone, and she's not one to particularly hide her disdain for things if asked her opinion. her views aren't unshakable, though, but it requires good reasoning and effort to make her reconsider her stance on things

extra

• she struggles with depressive episodes. although some periods are more manageable, alice is generally prone to feeling low and lethargic
• a homebody who doesn't go out much except for school or when serene drags her out of the house
• her favorite music genre is synthpop and she likes a lot of music from the 80s
• her current concern is that serene keeps stealing all her fake lashes and leaves them in the sink when she's done with them
• she has an extensive collection of BL manga
• she has her own OCs, they're a gay vampire couple that she writes fics about
• a big fan of gothic literature and a vampire fanatic

relationships

• serene: identical (older) twin sister. alice thinks serene tends to be too irresponsible at times and can get annoyed with her, but they rarely get into massive fights. in the end, alice appreciates her sister a lot and is happy to have her around - they have a close bond and care for each other deeply, even if they tease each other and bicker now and then. serene is also one of the few people who help alice manage everyday life when she's going through depressive episodes
