Chris is the illegitimate son of a politician, quite high in the government. Chris and his mother received a lot of money from him for keeping silent and concealing this fact. So Chris was mainly raised without a father. It didn't bother him to become a positive-minded. Always cheerful and happy, he easily won over people and gained many friends. He could literally get along with each other, and through his nice appearance he often aroused confidence. However, the young boy, apart from skateboarding, was also interested in hacking. More on the basis of entertainment than harm. Well, he was caught anyway. He was saved by his charismatic skills and consent to work for the government as a "civilian spy". This meant that Chris wouldn't be an official agent, however, he would be responsible for the assignments and acquire information from poeple and report to one of the government representatives [who is James]. Of course, the people indicated by the government were different criminals, people suspected of harming the government, etc. At the same time, to make Chris's life look normal, he works as a food deliver. One of Chris's orders was to make friends with David, which he did. He had to make a tattoo for himself in Daivds studio. However, Chris was not told why and what information he had to got from David, the order was "meet-keep knowing-watch." Over time, Chris met Xerxses, thanks to David of course, not even knowing who Xerxses really is. He is now learning hacking from Xer, as a hobby.

David They met in a tattoo studio, where David worked. David tattooed the dragon on Chris leg. After this met, they start to seeing each other and beomce friends, despite thier various characters. David don't know that Chris is spy from goverment.
Xerxses he knows him because of David. Chris likes Xer, they have something in common like optimism and love to hacking. Xer teaches Chris bases of hacking. He don't know, that Chris is a spy, and Chris don;t know that Xer is EmptySpace.
James his "boss", who always reports on his orders. He is afraid of James and, at the same time, feels respect. Always behave cautiously around him, so as not to upset him. He doesn't know much about James, because they don't talk too much with each other.
Isabelle They met once when accidently bump on each other. Chris really liked Isabelle and for some time he was making a stalk to invite her on a date, but she still refuses. The boy is unaware of Isabelle's past and does not know about her connections with either Lightmiere or EmptySpace, or the more he doesn't know that she is Firefly.
Leonidas One of the agents with whom he once collaborated and provided informations. He likes him more than James, but he keeps his distance when talking to him. Chris guess Leo and Xer are twin brothers.
Sophie As a point of honor he set himself to make her laugh and make her smile. Although she is the most deadly and dangerous of all people, Chris is afraid of her least.
Oliver He doesnn't like Oliver. He considers him annoying "older brother" of Isabelle, who only disturbs him in trying to spend time with the girl.
