She is one of the people manipulating him to serve the needs of their employer and herself: a guy that earnest is easy to sway.
That is until he leaves the force. She sees him for what he is: genuinely honorable. The seeds of doubt in what she does germinates in her, and then she defects as well.
He has met her very briefly, but is wary of her due to just how cavalier she is with how she solves her cases. He does not know the extent of her connections and her methods, however.
Thinks she's funny, but in an entirely different way than she thinks of Fiorin.
Ryogi is so cavalier and ridiculous to her that she can't help but toy around with her whenever she crosses paths with one of her partners.
She's heard of Langhley's exploits as a detective who gets what she wants, and is wary of her. Many things Ryogi ends up meddling in is connected to Langhley in some form, and finding that out puts a bad taste in her mouth.
