A small scale drug dealer, V.V (short for Very Vera) spends most of his free time playing games, hanging out at bars and making friends. Not much of a fighter, V.V. prefers to smooth things out the old-fashioned way; running away from all his problems.

Only underside of hair is colored. Order of colors is not specific
Hair/body glow can be turned on/off at will, and each color can be turned on separetly from others
On the chubby side, more squish than solid
Loves to wear brightly colored polos and shorts, neon colors preferred
Has two separate trails: Shadow and Other Self. Both can be turned on/off separately from one another
TRIVIA
Uses his glow markings to let customers know what he has for sale. Each color means a different drug
Talks to his trails a lot. Shadow V.V. is the devil on his shoulder while Other Self V.V. is the angel. Sometimes talks to them without turning his trail on, confusing others
Is actually really competent with using his powers. He just uses them for stupid shit like grabbing the remote from the other side of the couch

Cera's younger and (argubly) more successful brother. The two have a one-sided strained relationship on Cera's side. Not because he hates his brother. But because he thinks V.V. is too tacky looking and refuses to be seen with him. Cera is also jealous with how powerful V.V. is, and hates how he doesn't 'use his powers correctly'
