Backstory
Ken lived a relatively troubled childhood, which has influenced his energetic nature as a means to deflect from it. Marine biology became a comfort of his, as well as the soothing nature of the beach.
He eventually asked their parents if he could begin to study abroad, after he had been given the oppertunity to further study the aforementioned interest.
Present
When Ken isn't doing his studies, he is almost always at the nearby beach, socializing and admiring the scenery and wildlife.
They have made many friends during their studies, and they feel like they learn something new everyday, and they look forward in using this knowledge in the future.
Future
While Ken is optimistic, this also leads to a strained, almost idealistic perception of the future.
He hopes to major in Marine Biology, with a minor in philosphy. What he will do with these degrees he does not know-- only that he will be able to work with what they love the most.
