Clyde is overall relatively at ease with his surroundings, aiming to please all his other clanmates.While gullible, Clyde believes he is destined for something greater than his leader, Duskshire, belives, if given the chance.

His biggest motivation is acceptance and appreciation within his clan. He doesn't care what lengths needs to take in order to get it. However, as his story progresses, he realizes the faults in his clan's shallow perspective - and decides he's better off in Clawstrike in the end, fighting against the very leader he once revered.

Clyde has a notable amount of stamina, loyalty, and courage. While not aggressive in his relations with others, Clyde natively fears very little, and is tenacious, hardy, and willing to work towards his goals. He is able to see when he goes wrong, and isn't afraid to make up for it. In addition to character strengths, he is also very knowledgeable about his clan's lore (however skewed in their favor) as he archives much of it in the form of paintings within his den.

Quick to follow the beliefs of others which have been fed to him his whole life. Initially believes, much like his clan, that Labyrinths cannot be trusted, without much evidence actually depicting this. Headstrong and not afraid to question others, including eventually his leader.
