Appearance
Bo could easily be described as messy. He keeps clean, but his hair and clothes are all over the place.
Skinny and with a slouch that easily makes him an inch shorter, he's often seen as physically weaker than some of the other subjects.
He doesn't mind however, finding himself to be average, which makes him happy.
Personality
Bo appears to others as very excited and loud, and while that's not too far off for how he actually is, it's a little put on. When you get him alone, he's a little more secluded.
Often times, however, Bo can be a oblivious to the plights of others around him. It's not that he means to be ignorant to it, he just gets so caught up that it slips him by, which can often annoy or overwhelm people.
What he lacks in emotional perception, Bo makes up for in affection for others. He's a very caring person, often sticking his neck out for others happily and without a second thought.
Overall, Bo is often seen as a friend to many, and that's because he is - he loves to make friends with anyone he can see.
Powers
Bo hasn't always had the easiest time with his powers, especially a the start of his testing.
With little to no volume control anyway, he found himself amplifying his voice many, many times on accident, hurting people around him.
When he blew out Jonah's eardrums, even if it was a mistake, Bo turned inwards and taught himself how to fully and completely control his powers, not wanting to hurt more people.
While it can sometimes be overwhelming, Bo doesn't hate his powers, he simply feels nothing towards it.

Background
— Younger Years.
Bo, who is the oldest of six, was raised rather happily and normally by his parents, having no issues.
However, when his father left, he took over looking after his five siblings so that his mother could relax.
At 15, Bo was somewhat failing in school through no fault of his own, simply too exhausted looking after his siblings to take anything in.
He took this head on, however, and always tried to get his and his siblings homework and assignments in on time, to mixed success.
Bo doesn't regret this, however, and finds that he loved looking after his siblings and helping his mother out when he could.

By age 18, Bo had taken on a more punk lifestyle while still helping out where he could.
During one infamous night, he lost his friend after heavy drinking and some drug use. Bo blames himself for the loss of his friend...
This changed Bo's trajectory, and he started volunteering at mental health services to help people who felt like his friend did.
By age 19, Bo was well known around the community and was more than happy to help out everyone and anyone he could.
He never wanted anyone to feel alone, or like they didn't have a friend, and he succeeded.

During the start of his stay in the lab, prison, whatever you'd call it, Bo was very quiet. He didn't speak a lot and kept to himself.
He very quickly opened up however, and took it on himself to befriend as many people as he could. He became well known for being a friend to all.
Nowadays, he finds himself floating around certain groups of people, trying to help out whoever he can whenever he can.
And that will probably never change.
Relationships
Annabel
Annabel has a soft spot for Bo, and it shows in everything she does. She helped Bo through some of the more difficult learning curves that the English language threw, and he's forever grateful.
Dáire
Despite how it can seem from the outside, Bo and Dáire are very good friends. When it first came around, they butted heads, but it wasn't long before Dáire was reading scripture to calm Bo down.
Laila
Laila was always quick to act as a calming presence for Bo, understanding his issues like no on before had, and he appreciates her for being like a rock to him.
Myles
Myles is like a big, purring radiator of love and warmth, and is quick to give Bo a snuggle and a kiss, even when Bo is feeling fine, Myles is big on physical affection.
Nate
Despite being quite the opposite to Bo, he finds himself oddly drawn to Nate, even to little things like the way he holds himself or the way he laughs.
Rudy
Rudy knows how to tell jokes and how to take them well, and him and Bo get on like a house on fire. They often hang out when they both just want a good laugh.
Soren
Soren is quiet, which is a nice break from the hustle and bustle of life in the facility. They offer a grounded view on things, while still being upbeat and full of joy.
Svan
Some would describe Svan as ice cold, and pun aside, Bo couldn't disagree more. Svan is a good friend to have on your side, and is amazing at giving advice or just being there to listen.
Andrei
Although Andrei can be a little secretive, Bo finds that he's a lot of fun when he wants to be.
Annabel
Annabel is somewhat strict, and rather teacher-like, but Nate likes that about her. He talks to her quite a bit, especially given her closeness to Laila.
Arlo
Arlo tends to be the most level-headed of his group, and Bo appreciates that about him.
Carmen
Bo hasn't shared a lot of conversations with Carmen, but she seems lovely from the times they have talked.
Dane
Dane is a comforting presence to Bo, and will often read books or plays to him when he needs it.
Dottie
Dottie can sometimes be a bit much for Bo, but he tries to see the best in him, even if his ego is a bit big.
Eskil
Eskil is a chilled dude who seemingly has no problems with anyone, and Bo respects that about him.
Flynn
Flynn could listen to Bo talk ad nauseam, and Bo really likes and appreciates that about him.
Hallie
Hallie is a very quiet person who doesn't talk to anyone a lot, but Bo finds that interesting.
Jo
Jo is often attached at the hip with Eskil, as the two are smoking buddies, so Bo doesn't see them a lot.
Jonah
Jonah and Bo don't cross paths a ton, but Bo respects Jonah and holds him highly.
Maxwell
We don't talk about him.
Maya
Maya and Tia come as a package deal, and Bo likes them both, so he's not about to argue it.
Rene
Rene is a little imposing to Bo, with their height and general mannerisms, but they've never been mean to him.
Robin
Robin and Bo often goof off together, having a fun or silly time and causing little problems.
Soren
Soren can be a little reclusive, but once they open up they're incredibly bubbly and joyful. They've warmed up to Nate a lot.
Sylvain
Sylvain has always been lovely to Bo, and he hardly understands why someone couldn't like Sylvain.
Theo
Theo is very reclusive, so it and Bo haven't had many conversations, but it seems nice.
Tia
Tia is polite and often keeps to herself or stays around Maya, but Bo has no complaints.
Zain
Zain and Bo get along great when they do talk, causing chaos wherever they decide to go.
