Theoretically, if we go with the best option, you would be risk damaging some part of the engine and your wallet. Worse case, it explodes and/or becomes so damaged that you will either a) need a new completely engine, b) need a new car because it's cheaper, c) end up getting yourself killed in an accident due to said problems.
now. In this theoretical situation, you would stop driving this and tell me where you are so I, the hypothetical mechanic in this situation, can make sure you do not die on the road and call tell you how bad it is.
