Personality: Baliar is a creative and optimistic child. He tried to make the best of his situation and change it up every so often so that it doesn't feel dull or samey. He has high hopes of being healthy and using his dragon forme to dance in the skies and fly along with Amalah. 

Bio: Baliar has been sickly since the day he was born. His mother blamed herself as her health turned poor shortly after he was born and she thought that it must have already been in her body and passed to Baliar. He has no memories of his parents since they commit suicide when he was only a few months old. He also doesn't remember his brother who was murdered a few months later. Many years of his life was spent in foster care, being passed from home to home, until the day Amalah petitioned to have legal guardianship of him. He's too sick to use his dragon forme to it's fullest power, but Amalah has taught him ways to use parts of it which is how his eyes ended up solid purple and his hands are tinted purple. He also cannot stay outside for very long or attend normal schooling, so he has a tutor and a doctor who visit his home. The tutor is also a paid caretaker who stays with him until Amalah can come home, which Amalah has been able to make more time for in recent months.
