STORY-RELEVANT FACTS

• There are a few times that he does come down from the mountains in modern day Nullax but he mainly hangs around a shrine that’s in a very isolated location. There’s a pokémon who lives in the shrine, along with her children, who keeps it clean and orderly. He’s grown quite fond of her as, despite his status, he’s treated more as a fellow being by her. He calls her 'The Shepherd' like how people nicknamed him 'The Weatherman'.
• Since it can become quite lonely living in such high altitudes, he's been craving for friends. Cortex is the only pokemon who visits him on a frequency and, even then, it's mainly to know the weather for today so he doesn't consider him one. He struggles to socialise with his equally-omnipotent neighbours due to his boldness.
• Some people find his awkwardness charming, just not charming enough to want to deal with it constantly.

ABILITIES/BIOLOGY

• He can glow under ultraviolet lights and those are the colours he produces from it. They have a slow glow to them, especially the blue parts.

FUN FACTS

• Despite Cortex's protests, he'll sometimes wear glasses to slightly improve his vision. The hybrid mon isn't a huge fan as he believes that his sight doesn't heed human enhancement and that he can see just fine.
• He likes to sing and hum along to whatever tune that is currently playing on his radio. His favourite are the old, whimsical ones that were made in the 50s and 60s(think like the sixty second commercial)since it makes him feel cosy inside and he generally just likes flowery music.
• Along with meteorlogy, he's also really into astronomy. Because of that, he can sometimes be found either flying at night or flying really high into the sky, hoping to get into space. He has succedd a few times, but has realised that he can only handle being in space for, like, two minutes.
