iffany Thorne had a charmed life. A sorority girl on the school's varsity soccer team, popular, with the perfect boyfriend, and more money than she knew what to do with. The classic mean girl type, repressed lesbianism included in the package. When invited to a Halloween party thrown by Preston, another popular rich student, she decided to shoot her shot with him. Of course, she wasn't about to leave her current boyfriend, Landon, until the next one was secured.

Tiffany arrived at the party with her closest sorority sister, Kyla. Like the rest of their sisters, the two of them were dressed up as Playboy Bunnies. Tiffany quickly set to work trying to get with Preston, but her efforts were unsuccessful, with him only talking about himself and repeatedly messing up his name. At some point, he offered to make her a drink, pouring some mysterious liquid from a vial into it at the very end. The moment he walked away, Tiffany dumped it down the sink without taking a single sip.

Tiffany and Kyla ended up meeting up with Oscar, a loser "soy boy" who was another one of Tiffany's friends, Lilith, a goth stranger, and Jason, a frat bro who was desperately trying to get his boys to like him. Tiffany quickly became obsessed with Lilith, thinking the girl had hit on her, and was talked into experimenting with her sexuality by Kyla. The two girls began orbiting around each other, each interaction getting mildly more flirtatious. Meanwhile Jason, in his desperation to be liked, drank the mysterious liquid offered by Preston and immediately got sick.

As the party went on, the people who drank the mysterious liquid began turning animalistic. During this fucked up alpha male unleashing of the beast, the frat boys, minus Jason, turned violent, beginning to attack and kill the party guests. The five of them ran to the basement to get away, Lilith beginning to pour through the books for a way to beat the men. She told Tiffany that if she kept her safe while reading, she'd make out with her, which got Tiffany motivated. When the monsters breached the basement, the party got separated, the boys remaining in the basement and the girls running upstairs. Jason and Oscar were killed and decapitated, while Kyla was dragged off and killed on her own. Lilith and Tiffany locked themselves in a closet, finding out the solution was to feed the alpha males flesh of a soy boy- Oscar.

Tiffany and Lilith headed to the basement to get Oscar, but found him already dead. They grabbed his head before tracking down Preston. After a brief confrontation, they managed to shove the head into Preston's mouth and force him to swallow. Preston and the rest of the monstrous frat bros than exploded, allowing Tiffany and Lilith to escape, with Tiffany realizing that she hates men.
