Xéoia Ice Fey
There is beauty in the frozen
Like her fellow Fey Xeo was formed from the magic of the melding of the two stars. The embodyment of ice and snow, she is known to the mortals of her world as the Fey of Ice. Once beloved, then underestimated, now feared for her frozen fury. She lives in her fortress within the glaciers of the Realms Between, and is rarely sighted entering into mortal civilization.
Personality
Xeo is a quieter personality, prefering her solitude with few visitors to be left to her own devices. She strongly dislikes those who try to take charge or control her, and has been known to stir up fights with the other Fey when confronted. However she also is excellent at keeping her cool, and holds a closeness to some of her fellow fey. She loves making things using her power, and her home in the glaciers has been formed with breathtaking detail to reflect her own interests and personalties.
Background
In the world the fey rule Xeo is widely regarded as a neutral Fey. At one point she had been reguarded as one of the least powerful due to rarely desplaying power, however when the Fey had lived in the same world as other species a group of mages had attemped to kidnap her to use as leverage against the other Fey during the Immortal War Xeo had flown into a uncontrolled rage, plunging half the realm into a deep winter for one year. She did lift it by choice, however her actions sparked a universal fear for the icy fey and after she left with her kind to a Realm Between untouched by humans she gained a following of loyal elemental mages who admired her control and were awed by her power. After that incident she rarely travelled to the mortal realm, however she does have a pocket between realms opened where she will meet with her followers. She is served by the loners and lovers of the winter.

Transfiguration
Xeo can be a solid form made entirely of ice and snow but at will she can lose form partially to allow things to go through her of she can dissolve entirely into a snow flurry and fly away.
Weather Working
Can create and manipulate winter storms.
Ice and Snow Manipulation
Can manipulate, summon and control both ice and snow at will.

Can summon winter spirits of varying forms to do her bidding.

Summary
Xéoia is a second generation fey, and is part of the group of fey with elemental based powers. She is known for her slightly more calculating nature, and her temper when going up against those she is in disagreement with. She has a small group of likeminded friends who can actually convince the more reclusive fey to emerge from her fortress, although once she gets amongst her fellow fey during council gatherings she is one of the most common to speak up with thoughts and suggestions. Despite her ability to rise to impressive levels of anger she is one of the calmest in the council of Fey, and often will intergect with sarcasm and dry comments.
She does have some isses with two of the fey council, one being the Fire fey, whom she quite often will get into blowouts and fights with. They are not enemies but rarely see eye to eye during council discussions and issues. There are very few who can get between the two of them during a fight and come out unscathed. The other is the Sun fey who is known for a slightly more egotistical mannerism which does not mesh well with Xeo's resentment for those who try to demand superiority in discussions, and his undying support of the Fire fey.
