Backstory/ Description: Harthe was originally a noble elf in the land he was from, but was banished after abusing his position one too many times. He came to Massalía in the hopes to weasel his way back in with noble society, and quickly found luck with a good position in the Royal Guards (being a filthy ACAB). He will still brag about being a high-class citizen, and gladly still violently abuses any power he has over the city's citizens, having learned nothing from his previous life and never having proper repercussions for his actions.
