[ADOPTABLES / DESIGNS TOS]

(tos = terms of service)

By buying ANY designs or characters I created you automatically agree to these terms, NO EXCEPTIONS.

•If you buy/pay for a design or character I've created and have already sent the payment to me there will be NO take-backs or refunds under any circumstances.

•HOWEVER after buying a design, you may sell it after it is fully paid for at the same price I had sold it for.

•Unless extra art is made of the design after the initial purchase, you MAY NOT sell said design for higher than the original price.

(Only exception to this is if a person wanting to buy the design from the previous owner, is fully aware of how much was originally paid for it but is offering to pay more than what it was originally bought for)^ •If you've paid for a design/ adopt and withdraw/ Take back your payment sent to me you'll lose all rights to the adopt and will be blocked.

[DO NOT]:

-Take credit for the deisgn/ original character art.

•Leave credits blank, marked as "Unknown" or any other ways of not properly crediting me if I have designed said character.

•Delete offers or bid if the comment/message has been posted.

Disobeying ANY of these rules will result in: Being called out, Being blocked/ reported, And in some cases may even result in the design being repossessed without refund or returns of any kind. I also have any and all right to take legal action if these rules are disobeyed to the point that I feel it nessasary
