Jeff has white, drooping hair, and glowing red eyes. He's a little pale. He's got a somewhat slim, yet muscular build. He'll usually be wearing a dress shirt and a black vest with dress pants. His formal attire is a red suit with a yellow vest and a white dress shirt.
Personality
Jeff is rather stoic. He's gotten a bit more emotional since meeting Selena, but he's got his limits. He is a mentor figure. Often, he's the one who picks up everybody else's mess, just out of habit. He prefers work over going out, but he's always as polite as can be.

Black Ribbons
Made from the black, oily substance that replaces his blood, he can summon these from anywhere on his body. They leave a light, wet residue, and can be cut through easily. He uses these when he wants to be gentle.
Black Ropes
Also made from his "blood". They feel like metal girders bending into shape. These, unlike his ribbons, can only be affected by somebody with a stronger influence over shadows and darkness than he has.
Handgun
Just a handgun. Nothing special.
He's a salesman. He's head of the warehouse, directing everything to where it needs to be and keeping the place running. In human life, he was a storekeeper in post WWI Britain, and he spent most of his demonic life clawing his way to his current position of power. Jeff is a mid-ranking demon in the demon mafia. He lives in Seven Circles apartments with Selena Mavis as her mentor, training her. The two are quite close, and Jeff, more often than not, ends up having to clean after Selena's mess.
Theme Song
-Jeff's eyes are always glowing, but they dim when he is particularly numb or sad. In contrast, when Jeff is particularly determined or angry, his eyes will glow brightly. If his eye glow is flickering, that means he's infatuated or in love. (He does not know the last part.)
-Jeff is an avid baker because, while in the Fourth Circle, he came into the ownership of a restaurant stocked by the Third Circle, but not run by any Gluttony demons. There was a complaint about the chocolate cake, and well-deserved - as he tasted it, he found out that it was absolutely horrid. Deciding to take matters into his own hands, he started experimenting with different recipes and studying up on the science involved in baking. He's considered it his only hobby ever since.
