Appearance: White hair shaved into a long mohawk, glowing red eyes. He's got long, pointed ears. His usual outfit is his favorite leather jacket, combat boots, cargo pants, and a white t-shirt. He's usually got his fangs out in a wicked grin.
Personality: Jeff is all sorts of pushy and cocky. He doesn't care what people think of him, and it shows not only in confidence, but in lack of politeness. He's incredibly rude, believing he doesn't need anybody to get ahead in life. Sometimes, he tries to spread this to his string of significant others, but it rarely goes over well.
Likes: Flirting, partying, and fighting.
Dislikes: Wearing a suit ("I can't move in this!"), having to sit in briefings/meetings, staying in a city too long 

Skills, abilities and weaponry:
Whip: Speaks for itself. He's rather skilled with it.
Dagger: Silver plated and made of iron.
Gun: Just a standard gun. Sometimes the bullets have been soaked in holy water.
Crosses: If Jeff is wearing gloves, he planning on using holy symbols and objects against unholy creatures. The gloves protect him from burning.

Backstory: Jeff isn't sure how he died, but he's pretty sure it happened in a bar fight. He was sent to the Seventh circle for sins of violence. Having been in the Great War, this environment debilitated him for a good decade or two. Once the absolute flood of people came in from World War II, however, he slowly regained his sanity fighting alongside other soldiers. By the time Jeff had gotten to the surface, he'd become most proficient with dealing with escaped creatures from the Fifth circle (Anger). This specialization led to him becoming famous as the "Beast Master", which very quickly got to his head. He now travels the globe to deal with rampaging feral supernaturals of all kinds, from werewolves to, once, a dragon.  He visits Rapture every once in a while when he's not on a job. Half of the reason is to get another job or briefing, but the other half is him trying to get back with his ex Melissa. They had a fling back in the 80's.
