The owner of Almandine. He used to spend most of the time out of sight, but since his daughter came into the picture he has been spending more time downstairs in the tavern. His grumpy old man energy vastly overpower his youthful looks so people can immediately tell that he's someone powerful.

He has mellowed down a lot since he found Cheri, but he still doesn't put his trust in people easily. Only a select few knows that despite being the one running the tavern, he was never the owner until just recently.
