You are allowed to do absolutely anything with my designs that I do not specifically state to not be allowed, and I do not have many rules. I claim absolutely no rights to the characters once I give them up.
Note that some of my designs may have stricter rules, but I will make sure you are aware. I very rarely add stricter rules. If anyone else has worked on my designs (ie redesigning or someone I collabbed with on an adoptable), you must also follow their rules. Unfortunately, I do not believe designers' TOS appear in the ownership section; if you are redesigning one of my creations and would like your TOS added to the character's ownership section, let me know.
Make sure you also read my art TOS, as my art is of course going to be attached to my designs.

Toyhouse makes this simple, just keep my creation credits. If you post my designs on another site, put a link to me (or tag me, depending on the social media) on any significant pages regarding the character. If nothing else, writing a simple "character designed by DyscoBlazingFrost on Toyhouse" is fine. You don't have to credit me every single time you post art of your character, but please credit me wherever you STORE your characters (ie wherever you would write a bio if there is one, possibly posts with a ref sheet, or any page you would repeatedly refer to for info on your character).
This goes without saying, but never claim my designs as your own.
If I am not the original creator of your character, but redesigned them, I would still like credit where credit is due (Toyhouse has a feature where you can add design credit while still keeping the creator credits as they are).

You are allowed to redesign my designs as much as you would like; your alterations to the design are allowed to be minor or major, even if it is to the point that the character is unrecognizable.
You must still credit me for creation of course, as well as anyone else who worked on the design (such as redesigners).

Go ahead, no limitations here. No cooldown, no rules about pricing.
I don't encourage or particularly like design flipping, but you will not face any consequences from me. The circumstances under which one would do this are frankly none of my business.
Completely optional, but I will occasionally buy back my own designs check my Design Refunds Bulletin for more info. Again, this is completely optional. You don't need to offer them back to me before reselling, only do so if you wish.

I have no problem at all with my designs being privated, do whatever makes you feel comfortable.
Regarding the full deletion of my designs, I do prefer you not do this; however, I understand that life happens. Obviously, the character is still yours if you delete it from Toyhouse. I do ask that you keep up with credits to me and still follow my TOS.
I would definitely prefer if you don't sell my designs if you no longer use Toyhouse, but if you do then please make sure you relay the designer credits. It is HIGHLY preferable if they have a Toyhouse or a similar storage site just because sometimes people who don't use one will altogether lose credits for art/designs.
In the event that my designs are deleted from Toyhouse and you would like to reupload them, please contact me so I can verify that you are the rightful owner. I would still like to be given on-site credit.

You may use my designs for whatver you want. Whether they just sit in your gallery looking pretty, are used for stories, or are used for other purposes. Everybody enjoys their characters differently, and that's okay ^^
Just make sure you filter anything that needs to be filtered (whether that be art or the character itself). If you are using the character for NSFW then it is especially important that you properly filter all NSFW art and ensure minors are not able to view any NSFW writing/bios. Make the entire character NSFW for all I care, just use the approprite filters. Also, Toyhouse does not seem to have rules regarding eyestrain, but you need to have filters on that too. I do not want art on designs of mine to do physical harm to people.
Do not use my designs for any hate speech (racism, homophobia, transphobia, etc). If you want to make the character themselves hateful, that's fine as long as you do not condone their beliefs.
Don't use my designs for pedophilia or zoophilia (to give a clear definition of zoophilia, I don't want to see anthro/humanoid characters in any relationships with feral animals). If you want to make a story for the character that involves such content, intent obviously matters. If you treat the subject with care and don't glorify it, that's fine; that goes for any morally iffy content.
Do not use my designs for NFTs, AI training, or anything similar that the art community is generally against.

My art TOS are fairly standard. If you are the owner of a character in the art piece, you may reupload my art anywhere you would like. You may use it for icons, page decorations, cover images for webpages, etc. Just follow my rules.

ANYWHERE you upload my art to, I must be credited. Link or tag me. If you post my art somewhere in which that isn't possible, a simple "Art by DyscoBlazingFrost on Toyhouse" will suffice.
If there are any other contributors to the art (base artists, collabs, etc) credit them as well, please.

Yes, I am okay with my art being altered; you MUST contact me first, however. Tell me why you want to alter it/what alterations you'd like to make. I will generally be okay with it.
If you do alter my art, don't remove my little signature, it isn't that invasive.
Cropping for icons and putting a cute filter over it or something doesn't count as altering, you do not have to ask. I am aware that my signature will more than likely be removed in the process since I typically write it far away from the face; that's fine.

Do not use my art commercially.
Filter my art as it needs to be filtered according to site rules. Also, filter my art if it is eyestrain.
I reserve the right to post my art on social media/use it as examples. If you aren't comfortable with that, you MUST tell me or I will assume you're alright with that.

If you break my rules, seeing as they are rather lax, I will not do business with you anymore. I will ask that you do not try to obtain any more of my designs. I, of course, will talk to you before blacklisting to make sure that there isn't some misunderstanding. I do not have a public blacklist, but if I really need to, I will make one.
I am willing to keep your name off of a public blacklist if you respect my wishes and do not attempt to obtain any more of my designs; I will default to PRIVATELY blacklisting, and will only use a public one for people that do not respect my wishes.
I will never revoke my designs.
This is all of course, on the off chance that I happen to see you breaking my rules. I do not stalk my designs but wherever they are public, there's always a chance I will see it or someone will tell me.

If you are a known homophobe, racist, ableist, etc. Also if you are known to draw CP/glorify pedophilia/incest or anything else that is extrememly morally questionable.
