Fang is an immediately noticeable presence to any of the starlyngs around xyr. Loud, flashy and slightly annoying, xyr technicolour appearance betrays a lot of who xe is. Fang loves to be a nuisance, and can often be found bothering whatever other starlyngs are hanging around on the planet he's currently on. He likes playing practical jokes, but doesn't always know when he's crossed a line. He always feels bad when he does.
Fang is actually very young for a Starlyng, and despite xyr flashy and belligerent appearance, xe desperately wants to be liked. Xe overcompensates by being annoying on purpose because xe feels like xe'll be annoying no matter what xe does, so it may as well be on purpose.
Design
Fang is a predominantly black starlyng. Xe has a white blaze marking on xyr face, as well as white inner ears and talons. Xe has rounded, bearlike ears, with a lion-like mane that extends down xyr belly. Xyr mane starts a rainbow gradient that goes all the way to the tip of xyr fluffy, catlike tail. Xe has rainbow raccoon tails framing xyr face, and bright red eyes. Xe sports a pair of black feathered wings on xyr back, with xyr primaries and secondaries being rainbow coloured.

Relationships
Aldebaran
Aldebaran was one of the first other starlyngs that Fang met. They are rather annoyed by xyr antics, but xe is persistent in trying to befriend them. While they'd never admit it, xe secretly thinks that Aldebaran is very cool and xe really wants to be their friend. Aldebaran seems to tolerate Fang in part because of their mutual friend, Nashira.
Nashira
Fang loves Nashira! They can share a similar sense of mischief, and Nashira seems to have a lot of patience for Fang. Xe is very loyal to him, even though xyr brand of affection towards him is often similar to that of a particularly annoying housecat.
