Personality
A cynical mind, Seeley is characterized to be rather stern, stoic and brutally honest. With an ingrained air of misleading superiority, the pearl carries a cold, disinterested presence, eloquent words often laced with faint condescension and distant formality. Reserved, tough, and irritable, he's not above snapping at someone if his patience is tested enough. He is anything but fearful of giving you a piece of his mind, especially if you seem to need it.
Beneath this cold and cranky persona, however, is one of a moralistic and altruistic nature; a golden heart that rarely hesitates to sacrifice its warmth for another. As a doctor, Seeley reveals more of his tender and compassionate side. Both gentler in words and demeanors, he possesses an uncanny ability to keep others at ease under his care using his straightforward but well-meaning charm. A presence that, while firm, is also comforting and reassuring, he will do his very best to solve any problems you may present him with. Above all else, despite the wall he'd set, Seeley is still one of unwavering loyalty. He constantly looks out for the rest, but unfortunately -- his position as a hired staff only allows him so much power.
Bravery and stupidity share one thin line, I'll have you know. So don't be a fool, everyone has their own limit. You can't control everything.
Design
Notes
- As the name indicated, this Elysian beauty was crafted in the image of a white Fantail Pigeon! This motif is further enhanced in his off-white pallette.
- His eyes to be quite...reflective. Bluely-tinted with a softness of otherworldly, it can look quite enchanting under the right lighting.
- The part of hair on his two sides are supposed to represent wings! Small, yet charming ones. Many find it "cute," although Seeley doesn't seems to quite appreciate the notion.
- Seeley possesses a natural glow, a warm and dim one that can't help but exude a serene impression. This is mainly due to the formation of his body, a form made out of light that seems much sturdier and durable than the standard.

Aquatic Lives
Seeley have recently gained interest towards aquatic animals, oddly enough. Despite his origin as a Greenhouse pearl, Seeley most often disregard the existence of organics, sometimes even showing disdain. That is, used to, at least. He doesn't own any pet fish himself, although would sometimes visit aquariums for leisure.
Blanket and Cozy Warmth
Seeley finds comfort in a warm bed and soft blankets, and even though he rarely dreams when he sleep - the pearl still find a bittersweet fondness to it; even if - more often than not, waking up left the pit inside his stomache emptier than even before.
Humble Leisures
Surprisingly, the pearl has quite a simple taste. He'd enjoy a peaceful stroll by the lake, or even just a good view of the sunset. Sometimes it get his mind off of things, although not always. Skipping rocks and gardenning are also things he have picked up lately.
his profession
Despite the exhausting nature of his work as a healer, Seeley have gradually grown fond of it. Draining as it is, he start to find the rewards in what he's doing, especially in those he CAN help. There's a soft spot the doctor holds for child-coded gems, or veterans of war; those who've yet to even learn how to count pass their fingers, and those who've seen too much to count.
Dislikes
Foods/ Eating
He used to enjoy eating, although not anymore. His relationship towards organic consumptions have somewhat improved as of late, but the disdain is clear. Greenhouse's method of education often bleeds into the extremity, this is no exceptions. Those surprise etiquette exams still leave a lasting impression on Seeley, to say the least. Even if foods have grown to be more tolerable, Seeley still can't help but feel nauseous at the sight of them.

Something that will never change is his disdain towards the Authority, though - primarily nacres. It isn't scorn perse, he just never trusted them much. There's always a win underlined with distrust, at best he'd view you as a superior. Nothing less, nothing more. It all stems back to his time spent at Greenhouse Academy Reef, which, ironically, despite being his place of origin, Seeley have never considered it his home. Their Nacre never viewed her pearls as their children, anyway. To him, there's no need to yearn for a mother who never existed. Never needed her then, he won't need her now.
unnecessary conflicts
Seeley used to be quite hotheaded, however have grown to be a lot more choleric. Somehow, he now often find himself in the shoes of a peacemaker, finding violence unnecessary; he believes it causes more harm than good. Seeley is logical in this sense, where he'd prefer to solve conflicts through words rather than fists. He also dislikes impulsive people due to this, especially those who cannot understand their limits. It's not just sheer scorn, he's only worried for them.
servitude
Seeley loves and loathes his job at the same time. At first, it started as sheer, unadulterated scorn, but he'd learn to appreciate the good bits of it. Regardless, though, Seeley could never sake off the dehumanizing nature of his profession - being both a pearl, and a medical gem; treated like merely tools and resources to be exploited. It's something he'd always loathed, and perhaps... that will never change, as much as Seeley may try to shift his outlook.

Blessed Ichor
Seeley was made to be able to substitute for Angelites, thus possessing light blood which could heal. It is an incredibly useful perk, as while he obviously has more limits than an actual Angelite - it is still quite a feat for a mere pearl to even perform. However, the more Seeley heal, the more drained he gets, which is why his own form is often dull and gray - rather than displaying the soft warm glow it's supposed to have.
All the sweetness of the world!
Despite not being a fan of eating himself, Seeley often keep a jar of candies in his office, some also stored in his gem. They're usually a sort of treats for his patients, primarily those with a sweet-tooth or child-coded. Work like a charm everytime, he'd say, especially in taking the needles. Needless to say, Seeley is also good with kids, surprisingly.
A smile would be nice...
Seeley rarely smiles, and even when he does, he'd often cover his mouth with his hands. Just to be polite! Though, this also stems from a sort of insecurities, since it would mean to flash his fangs. It is a design error since Fantail Pigeons don't have fangs, thus often considered a "defective" trait by his former mentor. Much times have passed since he last saw her, but her words still stab like thorns. Always, and perhaps, forever.
Chipped Fangs
If it wasn't for the horrible aching cracks on his hands, Seeley can put up quite a decent fight! He used to be in the fencing team back in Greenhouse and was considerably competent, although have now grown rusty. His job keeps him on his feet constantly, and even during break -- the pearl is too exhausted to do anything else. He also used to be quite passionate in it as well; a shame, really.

- Seeley enjoys spicy and sour food! Well, used to. Nowaday he does sometimes drink coffee, although he takes them black. It tastes "good," he said. No one believes him.
- He carries a handgun in his gem, primarily for safety and self defense meassure. It was also a gift!
- While he can function in all sorts of weather due to the versatile and adaptive nature of Greenhouse pearls, Seeley cannot stand the cold. It's something he'd grown to loathe, it just ... sends a chill down his spine. It's awful.
- His name was given to him by a particular former boss. Seeley despises the man, in all honesty, working beneath him as like a living hell. But what can he do? The name sticks.

Seeley despises his woman with every fibre in his being. He may not be able to disobey her outright, but behind closed-door, the doctor pearl harbor a sort of resentment that is like no others. To him, Edith symbolizes the confinement of his existence and mind, as she started it all. She is the vines that tug at his limbs at every waking steps, and the thorns that grasp at his neck by the lone wake of the night. And yet, even so, he can't find himself opposing her words. Ever. Perhaps deep know, Seeley knows she's right.
