Despot

Despot is Tyrant's more rational, more cool-headed ally. They used to be rivals back in the day, but have since teamed up to chase greater ventures. 

Design notes:

- Mostly resembles a pharaoh hound.

-Floating parts do not have to be consistent, he constantly crumbles and restructures himself.
