Sokkyo Akamatsu, the child of the two popular Ultimates, Kaede Akamatsu and Himiko Yumeno. She was very talented as a child, singing her heart away, going to every contest, learning as many things as she could, and exceeding in her grades. She tried to live up to her parents expectations to the best she could. And well, she succeeded.
After gaining her talent, she realized that her friends had similar talent. She saw great things in them, and asked them to join a makeshift singing group. Most of them accepted, and they first sang at their Middleschool Dances. They were a hit there! So they slowly, but surely expanded to bigger places: bigger crowds. From school dances, to parades, to concerts in just some years.
Their team is very effective: Of course, in terms of music they have 6 people, but they have recruited many more over the years to do other things. Cover art (they would also get guest fans to do cover art!), instrumentals, double-checking the music, etc.
