Before the amoebud infection he was a fairly shy and quiet professor who preferred to keep classes always the same day in and out. Afterwards, it seemed like as it spread it began to change more and more of his personality until what he is now. Loves to say puns, pop quizes almost every day, and always seem to have an unsettling smile on his face.

- Ever since the infection, Makeo has began a very odd collection of teeth. Animal, human, monster, all sorts of teeth. Even his own baby teeth and pre infection teeth!
- While his overall intelligence and confident has gone up, his ability to empathize with others seem to have decreased. He theorized once the the amoe got to his brain, it did scramble a bit of his grey matter.
