Hopping your way comes a big bowroo eager to sell you adorable shaped balloons! Rooth is always up for anything fun, fun, fun! There isn't a moment when Rooth sits still, unless of course you surround her with root beer floats. She has a high interest in drinking as much root beer and root beer floats as she can get her paws on. Even if you try to stop her from getting more, she'll try every way possible to get around you.
It's questionable if she eats or drinks anything else, and she loves to throw birthday parties with a lot of yummy ice cream drinks available! She loves birthday parties so much, she'll meet as many people as possible to learn when their birthday is so she can celebrate it! Honestly it's just an excuse to drink more root beer, but she knows how to make any party enjoyable with games and delicious treats!
Having so much sugar and excitement makes it hard for Rooth to keep her balance. She often uses her tail to get around since she can trip over her feet very easily, and she tends to topple over if she hops too fast. Beware of her falling over into you, she may accidentally give you a big hug!!

✩Mini Backstory
Rooth has always bounced around happily since the day she was born! Her excitable nature made it hard for her parents to keep her still, and she would hop off far ahead of them before they were able to catch up. This has gotten Rooth lost quite a few times during her childhood, but she'd always be returned to her parents since many knew about the child around town.
One summer, a carnival came into town. This was the first time Rooth ever heard of anything like it, and she was amazed by its colorful and lively atmosphere. Her favorite part to go to was the balloon stand, where a kind bab would always give her a shaped balloon for free. One time the bab gave her a special balloon that never popped, and ever since then this has been her bonded item. When it was time for the carnival to move on, Rooth was devastated to see it gone the next time she went to it. She wasn't aware carnivals were always on the move, and she cried for days despite her parents trying to comfort her.
To cheer Rooth up, her parents would always bring her to birthday parties held around town. This brought her back to her happy self, and every school year, she would bring handmade party items to class when there was a birthday. This got her in trouble since sometimes the items would pop, spreading confetti and glitter everywhere, and the whole class would have to clean up the room.
During a recess, Rooth's class was given detention due to another one of her homemade party poppers. The child with the birthday was so upset about this, he snatched the balloon Rooth always held and let it loose out the window. Horrified that she might never see the balloon again, she ran out the school to chase it, causing much panic amongst the teachers and staff.
It was a windy day, and Rooth had spent the majority of it chasing the balloon that was just out of reach of her little paws. It got caught in a tree, and Rooth tried climbing and hopping to reach it with no success. There was a small bab resting on the same branch as the balloon, and Rooth's cries caught his attention. He realized she was after the balloon, so he picked it up from the branch, and climbed down to give to her. Rooth hugged him and the two spent the afternoon drinking root beer floats while talking. Rooth expressed to him that she loved the carnival and she was still terribly sad about it.
"My dear child, I pledge to you that I shall create something just as great and absolutely grand as this carnival-- no, something much MORE grand that never leaves!" the gentlebab shouted. Rooth was so moved hearing this, she's been in search of this bab ever since to see if he did in fact keep his promise. Although she's still searching for him (as she doesn't remember what he looked like nor his name), she keeps her hopes high and drinks as much root beer as she can in remembrance of him!
