Ambitious Mischievous Confident Troublesome Vengeful Loyal
Keegan is ambitious and cunning by nature, his personality carefully cultivated to rule in favor of leadership skills by the way of which he was raised. Influenced alongside it was his pridefulness and bravity, exclusively extroverted. Keegan maintains an aura of confidence, unaffected by his smaller stature, and instead uses it to advantage of deceit and other's own underestimation of his ability. Despite his lean toward mischeif and trickery, Keegan is undeniably loyal to his cause, morally gray. He won't stop until he's achieved his goal, having vowed it to Scott Remington.
This is the only way of life Keegan knows. He's spoiled, vengeful, and troublesome. He seemingly hesitates for nobody, a versitile indifference, although it's untrue. Keegan is childish and extremely mischievous, stopping at nothing to get his way. If his plans fall apart, he does too. Unable to fathom the idea of failure or disappointment, Keegan never knows when he's truly won, and refuses to stop until he deems his task successful. This range from harmless pranks to dead parties of people.
Background
Keegan was traded into a large crime organization in France, one that he was destined to take over when he grew older. Members spanned throughout many countries and aided in the spread and growth of the organization, introducing new members to the ideals and convincing civilians to trade their lives in for better ones.
As Keegan aged, the positions of power began to make hearty displays of public takeover, encouraging those who were ignorant to revolt and enlist on their side. Unification was proposed as a worldwide democracy, and while the promise of unition was fulfilled, it was not accompanied by working together as the people. It was a nation intertwined and led by one—a society run by dictatorship.
Once of age, he was sent to demonstate his own loyalty and commitment, orchastrating violence and riots to stake claims over territories. Keegan was pleasant to the public's eye, appealing to their wants and needs, despite being the opposite for most. His showing was not a tedious endeavor; he convinced masses that his reign would be for the good of everyone and that he could accomplish many ambitions that most cannot.
With every bunch, there would always be one who disagreed, and those who did were surely sought out and withdrawn from civilization. Mass hysteria would not sweep the carpet out from under Keegan's feet; instead, he used it to instill fear in those who dared to doubt and round up those who were uneased. Unnerved individuals either fled or, if caught before escape, were to be indoctrinated into the ever-growing military. Ideals and values were planted in their brains, ones that led to their ultimate allegiance.
Familial
Keegan was not born to be the pride and joy of his parents' work. Instead, he was an accident and, later on, meant to disolve and satiate his parent's debt to a large French crime family. Instead of trashing him, they nutured him, as they believed his family was wrong for getting rid of him so easily. Despite the repaid debt, his parents were sentenced to capture and incarceration.
He blossomed easily into a revered stature of intelligence and violence, succeeding his educators. They raised him and influenced him into someone who could lead their ideals and make their vision a reality. One who contributed much to raising him, Scott Remington, and who Keegan views much like a father figure, was dubbed a right-hand man later on when Keegan began his reign of terror.
Throughout his years of adolescence, Keegan's parents were kept hushed and hidden in the depths of one of the farthest operational bases. Once of age, to the point he was able to soundly and confidently assume a position of leadership, he was taken to his graduation task. To choose to spare his parents or seek avengement for their abandonment. His decision was kept quiet. The only person to truly know aside from Keegan himself is Scott, who stood with him in the soundproof observatory. All of what is rumored is blatantly just that: speculation.

Father Figure Found Family More Than Ten Years Known
An unbreakable duo. Keegan confides in Scott, however he doesn't realize he is. Scott raised Keegan from when he was took in to become their weapon. Scott's wife, Rose, insisted on helping, however she went missing due to unknown circumstances six years after becoming Keegan's mother-like figure.

Older Brother Estranged Former Name Unknown
Born five years before Keegan, Keegan doesn't remember Ivan's existence or his life before being given away. Their parents had to make the choice to give up one child, and handed over their youngest, with the least amount of attachment. Ivan seemingly evaded Arrière-Pensée during his parent's capture, his whereabouts unknown, and disappearance kept sheltered. Nobody in Arrière-Pensée knew Ivan Lithe was related to Keegan Lefebvre, or that he existed.
Keegan harbors a heavy dislike towards Ivan, the man being the leader of the opposition, their goal to take down Keegan's own military and world takeover operation. He's nasty, cruel, and ugly towards Ivan, having been raised to understand and value different ideals, opinions, and ways of life. Ivan, however, does not feel the same, and believes Keegan needs to be saved.

Physical Mental Outfit
Keegan was involved in an explosion that caused the many scars that litter his body and face. Stray debris struck across his neck, up to his cheek, and at his eye. There was another particularly bad blow from his lower torso upward in a sharp motion to across his shoulderblade. It ends at the top of his shoulder. The bruises range from physical hits to the explosion, pigmentation destroyed in numerous parts of his body.
The scar across his nose was from a blow to the face during his final task to prove his loyalty, by either saving his parents or slaughtering them. The only person who knows how he got it, aside from himself, is Scott Remington.
Physical:
- He had fangs forcibly implanted over his canines when he was younger.
- Keegan bears various scars and permanent bruising across his entire body.
- Due to a loss of pigmentation from force trauma, his eye(s) are white and he had streaks of lighter blond hair, mainly over his forehead area.

- Keegan was trained to hold himself in a calm and collected way, but he is anything but.
- Depending on the situation, he typically reacts impulsively or intensely.
- Extremely expressive and experiences frequent mood changes from being unsure of what he should feel and what he needs to feel.
Style:
- Pairs his outfit only with gold accents, and made rule that he's the only one who is allowed to.
- Keegan wears a modified military uniform, having redesigned the entire base to suit his own personal decoration opinion. Additionally, to be told apart as the leader.
- He refuses to allow anyone else to stitch together the tear in his trousers aside from Rose. Scott thinks he can, one day, convince Keegan to let him do it.
